How Does the Shopping Agent Service Charge?

When placing an order for goods on the JoyaGoo platform, the payment for the goods and the domestic shipping fees within China (from the seller to the JoyaGoo warehouse) will be directly transferred to the seller via the JoyaGoo platform. JoyaGoo offers a free shopping agent service. If users have specific needs, they can also choose additional value – added services, such as extra QC photos.

In addition to the payment for the goods and the domestic shipping fees within China paid to the seller when placing an order, you may also need to pay the following fees when using JoyaGoo’s services:

1. Shipping fees and handling fees for goods return: Please communicate the specific fees with the agents. These fees will be deducted from the refund of the goods and the remaining amount will be returned to your account balance.
2. International parcel shipping fees: These fees are calculated based on the weight, volume of the package, the selected shipping method, and the destination.
3. Customs charges: These may vary, depending on the shipping method used.
